The Stare of Disgust
This lady stood on the corner of George Street dressed in an outfit befitting the 1940’s. She stood and stared in disgust as four men haggled with a man that was begging. He was selling his fold up bike (See photo “Down & Out in Sydney”). His asking price was $60.00 they counter offered $40.00, he accepted. She stared with disgust. This woman had a ghostly feel. I do not know why, but she appeared to be removed from this world. She did leave an impression on me, as did the man. Canon 40D
