This is what 50 paintings look like:
I did all of these as a commission for the Arts & Science Council of Charlotte, NC. It took me about 2 months. Most paintings took me about 30 minutes to complete, some less but no more than 45 minutes. I did not use any photos for reference. The goal was to use only my memory and imagination to create expressionist images of the Blue Ridge mountains, which was easy since the mountains are my passion.
