The satanic leaf-tailed gecko is one of the endemic Madagascan gecko species with an amazingly perfect camouflage: with their curved body, their leaf-shaped flat tail bearing individual notches and imperfections, and their color variations mimicking the shades of the decaying foliage of their natural habitat these geckos really look like dead leafs.
