- This character is from the TV series *Monty Python's Flying Circus*, where *Graham Chapman* portrays a rather decadent, retarded banker, who blinks a lot and has a hard time communicating because of his speech impediment.
Monty Python is in my opinion the best comedy group in the world, and apart from the TV series (1969-1974), they've made (in)famous movies and records.
Graham Chapman was my favorite member of Monty Python, unfortunately he's no longer with us.
For all you anti-bankers and Monty Python fans out there... :-)
