Autumn Shore
Now that autumn is truly upon us, I felt something seasonal was in order.
Here, we see a pair of Penn Central E8's leading a rake of mixed coaches through the Connecticut countryside during the wild years prior to the formation of Amtrak.
The original drawing was markedly different to this, and I actually scrapped it about a third of the way in; electing instead to go for more oranges and yellows in the trees rather than the abundance of green from before.
