Greipaldin
Every beer at Red Monster Brewing is named after a monster. Greipaldin isn't a historical monster, but with a name like that, it should be. Icelandic for "grapefruit," the name gives away the flavor. The goal was a session citra pale with body. This has everything except the session. Clocking in at 6.4%, this hop-forward pale stays below imperials but clearly above sessions. Using cryo hops, it punches you on the nose before leaving you with flavors of grapefruit, melon, and lychee.
