Winters Beauty
Today 30th December 2009. This view is across the fields of the farm known as Auchenoon which lies 4 miles South and West of Kirknewton, the village where I live.
I was fortunate enough to witness the sun breaking through the snow clouds, it stayed out for about 18 minutes in total.
The Ambient temperature is around minus 8 celcius at the moment up on the moors which is probably around minus 12 allowing for the North Easterly wind which is blowing
