Super Moon Rising Over The Trees
The "Super Full Moon" of 2012, above Williamsport, Pennsylvania on May 5th at 9:38 pm. The photo was taken with a Canon EOS 30D camera. A Canon EF 35-350mm f/3.5-5.6 L lens was used with a matching EF 1.4X II Telephoto Extender. The resulting focal length was 490mm, before the 1.6X "multiplication factor" imposed by my camera's small frame camera sensor. The lens & body were mounted on a Manfrotto tripod with a 222 ball head. Mirror lockup was employed with a remote shutter release cable. The exposure was 1/4th sec at f/11, in "Full Manual Mode". The camera's ISO was set to 100. Lens focusing was also in manual mode. Your comments are always welcome!
