Rustic Pail
This photograph of bark reminded me of a rustic pail. It can be anything that you project into the image. When I turned it around I was reminded of a well worn helmet. I enjoy bark abstracts given the myriad of projections that are possible on my photographic "Rorshachs." It also is interesting to look at the top and imagine what is in the pail. Looking at the large image, I thought I saw some creature peeking out at the top on the right side. The textures and colors of this distressed and rustic piece are vivid with intricate textured detail. There are many images that offer you many icons to stimulate your creative imagination when viewing this piece. Looking at it form different angles gives the viewer the opportunity to view a multitude of images adding dimension to project your creative responses.
