On the Rocks
This shot was taken on an SLR camera using real film. Yes, long the stuff of museums, I know! I recently did a series of shots for a black & white darkroom course that I did which I call ‘Castaways’ but as there was already a colour film in the camera, I had to ‘use it up’ first. Isn’t film quaint?… and… errr… slightly irritating?!! LOL. This shot and a few others, here, are the result of that process. I took all the shots on beautiful Bells Beach, Victoria, Australia and all of the coloured shots were taken on Fuji 200 ISO Colour Reversal film. All shots, here, are scanned directly from the negatives. Models: Aravis & Angela.
