In this case, tracing and mapping polar paired phases of gait- suspension and propulsion.
These two phases are the polar ends of the spectrum of gait- flat foot ? suspending weight and the propulsion of a rigid foot pushing the body through space. In this mapping, using #garywardsanatomyinmotion gait and flow motion model to trace long (orange) and short (blue) spirals from head to toe.
Someone asked how this translates to helping someone...more literature to come with anatomical detail, but simply, “It is a simple treasure map to movement.” Short and long, long and short.
