During my drive from work to home,
I noticed a lady (standing on a street corner, with a sign that stated “Will work for food”.
She looked just like a lady I worked with years ago.
I was in the wrong lane to stop and by the time I was able to turn around again, she was gone.
I hope this was not the lady I knew.
I remember her as a kind lady and hard worker.
Just remember the person you pass by can be someone you knew or someone who has helped you in the past. It takes less energy to be kind than to be mean.
