Fusion
for this piece, I chose to combine a few elements in order to reflect my progress through time and the experimental process. The piece contains two portraits one which is sketched and one which is done through the use of acrylics, the background for this piece is a watermelon skin, it helps give a refined look to my piece and helps create a focal point on the artwork whilst minimizing distraction. I also included torn sheets of colors paper (magenta and sap green) to add texture to the surface and highlight the theme of fusion
