Foot Eversion
Inversion and Eversion, pairing poles of the foot experience, are two important movements in every foot.
It is an experience of the entire foot, but helps mostly to focus on the calcaneus (heel) to comprehend the movements.
As the calcaneus tips its plantar surface towards the midline, this is inversion. “I” for Inside.
