Font Roja Natural Park is one of the few places in this part of Spain to have some deciduous trees and shrubs and, therefore, the chance to capture some autumn colours.
I headed up in the middle of October but I was too early and most of the leaves were still green. I did find this sapling, lit from above and in front of the shadows beneath larger evergreen trees, that was just starting to turn and I thought it stood out quite nicely.
