Stick Stack
I ran across this while investigating a great old bard. This little shed of the bard is where they stored the tobacco sticks that are used for hanging tobacco in the rafters of the barn to dry. ...Washington Co., Virginia ------------------------------------------------ " On the farm my favorite sayings when hanging tobacco is 'Guaranteed to hold until it breaks!', when in the barn as the pole you're standing on 20' up starts creaking I'd say "when it crack's it's strong, but when it break's it's gone' ".
