Taken at Vivid Sydney – a festival of light, music and ideas May 27 – June 21 2010 Over three weeks the city of Sydney comes alive with vibrant large scale light installations, live performances, bustling markets and much more. Vivid Sydney is the biggest event of its kind in the Southern Hemisphere and this year’s event was no exception with the lighting of historic buildings in Macquarie street and the impressive story telling through a vibrant multi media light and fire display in Campbell Cove. For me through, it is the lighting of the Opera House that continues to mesmerizes with its ever changing kaleidoscope of brilliant colour. The sight of the Opera House in its coat of many colours is a sight to behold. chasingsooz 2010
