All Washed Up
During my morning walks along the neighborhood beach I spy so many beautiful little objects washed up on the shore. Most of these are, of course, shells. I, like many others, am fascinated by fan shells and how these little architectural creations of the sea have been so inspiring to so many over history. It doesn't matter how many there are on the beach, I'll stop at each one to scrutinize it, checking the morning light against it, circling it for a possible "best angle". Every now and then I find one that seems to be almost posing for my camera, and I'll do the best I can to convey what I saw to the viewer.
