Three Rivers Stadium
The House that Clemente Built, Three Rivers Stadium housed the Pirates for 30 strong years. Built at the confluence of the Allegheny and Monongahela Rivers in Pittsburgh, Three Rivers had one of the most iconic stadium locations in all of the United States. It was home to first World Series game to be played at night in 1971, and more importantly the site of Roberto Clemente's 3,000th hit just months before his untimely death.
