This is a huge image - about 34 Mega pixels. It will deliver lots of fine detail even when printed at the maximum size available here. In the distance, across Donegal Bay, can be seen Benbulben mountain in County Sligo. nbsp Traloar Beach in the "armpit" of the peninsula, is said to be unsafe for swimming. Background # After a day of photography on Paddy Byrne's boat The Nuala Star (they also have a Facebook page), I was on my way to dinner at 22 Main Street (recently rebranded as: Hugie's Gastro Bar ) which at that time was Killybegs' finest restaurant. nbsp The light and especially the clarity across Donegal bay was just so wonderful that, even though I was in danger of being late for dinner I indulged myself by taking the coast road and then could do nothing else but stop at this viewpoint and record the view. nbsp * h2. *Techie Photographic Details h2.
