Yellow Roses
I noticed a yellow rosebush growing near the playground in Headcorn, and I paused to document it because it felt slightly out of place among the swings and fencing. The shrub looked established, with a mix of buds and open flowers, though I couldn’t tell exactly what variety it might be. I made a note of its general size, the colour of the blooms, and the way it seemed to be thriving without much obvious care. Finding it there felt worth recording, adding another small observation to the collection of plants I’ve been noting down.
