The Neighborhood Line
For this Muni train, I used a strong red wash around the front to separate it from the pale street and overcast sky. Reflections in the windshield were painted wet into wet, allowing the overhead wires and nearby buildings to break into softened shapes. I drew the rails, curb, and power lines more precisely to give the vehicle a solid urban setting.
