Spring Bicycle Scene
This was the first in what turned out to be a series of dioramas showing various bicycle scenes, which I later photographed. It combines many of my interests - watercolor background, assemblage, hand-made miniatures, nature, and bicycles. I wanted the flowering bush and tree in the background to give the feeling of blooming lilacs, and big feature of our hometown, Lombard.
