Across the Waterfront
I designed this watercolor around the long diagonal of the Bay Bridge cutting across the city and water. The bridge deck was painted with a warm golden wash, while the trusses and cables received cooler gray-brown linework. Behind it, I built the skyline in muted green, blue, brick, and cream, keeping the forms slightly softened by atmosphere.
