The Leaders We Want by Josby
This is a drawing of a young boy who represents a leader.
He wears a crown on his head which shows that from the young age, we can grow strong leaders who grow, understanding the pchallenges that happen around the people( us ) and help us to find solutions to them.
I believe leadership is a mindset that is grown from the young age and experience but not a question of blood, age or richness
He is brightly smiling and this represents love, peace, security, understanding, health,prosperity, happiness ...it shows that a true leader thinks of the wellbeing of his people first, he focuses on improvement and happiness of the people.
He has a school bag, scholastics, also wearing a school uniform and this is a sign of knowledge and education, a good leader needs to be a visionary, he needs to be educated, academically enriched and has discipline, this way he can rule with knowledge and wisdom.
We want the world which will have clever people to well guide others in a good way.
We deserve a world with leaders who will positively guide us towards more positive and peaceful lives.
