    Bird at Nagoya Castle
I took this photo of a bird on the roof of Nagoya Castle in Japan seconds before it flew away. The bird and roof tiles present a strong foreground and it's the primary immediate focus of the image. However, after looking at the image for a while, it's interesting how the ground (blurred in the distance) appears to be almost vertical rather than flat. Even though I was there, I can't quite figure out the orientation of the ground relative to the root. That's one reason I love this photo.
