Why, Oh Why
This is my interpretation of a painting by an Ecuadorian artist that I spotted hanging in City Hall. I have given it a much darker and foreboding look because of the positioning of the man. I am so envious of the talent of artists, painters, and sculptors. This digitally altered artwork is derived from my photograph taken Mar 8/13 in Cuenca, Ecuador, South America nestled in the Andes Mountains. Cuenca is a World Heritage Site. Final processing done with Smart Photo Editor and Photoshop.
