    The Offering
    In the twilight hush of the forest, a stone altar waits. The Soul stands beside it, luminous but grave, her gaze neither approving nor condemning. She will not take what must be surrendered freely. Before her, the Seeker holds a burning scroll, a testament to all he once trusted, his pride, his logic, the frameworks he built to keep himself safe. The fire is not destruction, but transformation. Behind him, the silent shadows of former allegiances, ambition, power, certainty, gather to witness this moment of relinquishment. As the flames rise, the altar reveals its dual nature, ancient stone rooted in living earth, a reminder that true offering is never only sacrifice.
