Keys
I'm a collector and at one point I was collecting keys, knowing that I'd do something with them one day. That day eventually came and the result is the simply-named 'Keys'.
The background was made by spattering watercolour paint on a wet sheet of A3 watercolour paper. I then stencilled a selection of keys over the top, finishing by hatching in eight selected outlines. The keys used were door keys, car keys, furniture keys and a couple of larger, round keys from big locks such as jail cells!
