Frangipani
Back in the 90s, on the Pacific Highway north from Sydney, we stopped for a break in the village of Coolongolook and saw an amazing range of frangipani plants in the local nursery. We bought many with different flower colours and planted them in our Sydney garden. Their rich fragrance evoked memories of warm nights on tropical holidays. This image is of the tricolour frangipani, commonly called 'fruit salad' in Australia.
