Australian Steamliners – Streamlined Steam Pattern
A repeating pattern celebrating five distinctive faces of Australian streamlined steam. The design features South Australian Railways 620 class No. 620, Victorian Railways S class No. S302, New South Wales Government Railways C38 class No. 3801, South Australian Railways 520 class No. 520, and Tasmanian Government Railways R class No. R3. Each railway had its own rather different idea of what streamlined steam should look like, from sleek curves to some impressively substantial noses. This pattern brings all five together in a repeating design without the typography of the original Steamliner: Five Faces of the Future artwork. Designed in South Australia by Main Train Brain.
