Antique Blush
I wanted this rose to feel a little faded and romantic, like something pressed between the pages of an old book. Pale pink, peach, tea brown, and lavender were layered into the curled petals, with the deepest tones concentrated near the center. The surrounding leaves were suggested in watery blue-green so the flower could emerge softly rather than sit against a hard background.
