As well as photographing birds at El Fondo (or El Hondo) nature reserve in Spain, I wanted to get some more abstract or fine art type images. I think I fixated a bit on some of the reeds or grasses growing up out of the water that I felt looked good as a high key B&W particularly with the way a sudden breeze showed up the ripples
