The metaphor of Oz, a sundering of one world and falling into another. Sometimes we voluntarily jump into a set of new circumstances, other times a whirlwind picks us up and spits us out into something unfamiliar. The journey may be unpredictable, dangerous, painful, and world-shattering. But it can also be perspective-changing, a catalyst for growth, beautiful beyond compare, and an invaluable opportunity.
