Rag Rug
Grandma's rugs kept our kitchen bright. Braided rag rugs are traditionally made of coils braided from three strands of bias fabric. As each strand runs out, a new strand in a different color is joined in. Only one color change is made per round. Thus the colors change subtly as the rug grows, and bands of color blend smoothly. My friend David has suggested that I change the title to Mandelbrot's Mandala . I'll think about it. Fractal image generated in Chaos Pro 4.0 February in my fractals calendar.
