If I Were A Phoenix Bird
The title for this new artwork this piece comes from a song ("The Song for Icarus") I wrote with my band The Red Masque (which will be appearing on the new album, Mythalogue, due to be released in late 2012 / early 2013.. "...If I were a phoenix bird, I'd take this flame inside of me. I would rival the sun; It would not outshine me. From a great height I would burn..." 25 x 19 inches Mixed Media on Paper.
