Bathing
These birds decided to take a bath next door, we have a flock of about 60 cockatoos who wake us up with their raucus screaming most mornings. I had some people staying with me about ten years ago, refugees from Bosnia, a husband, wife and two children. I happened to complain one day about the cockatoos and the noise and I apologised for the birds. They looked at me in stunned amazement and said in their very bad english... Bird good, not noise, guns and bombs noise...bird good noise. I felt really bad that I had not appreciated those birds despite the screeching every day and I have looked at them in a different way ever since that day. I also have not apologised about them any more... sometimes we need a reality check, thanks for visiting
