The weddings in our garden are so beautiful. . . All works in the Magpie Springs portfolios are taken on Magpie Springs by Avril Thomas This property is a vineyard and our home. 80 acres of rolling hills in the Adelaide Hills Wine Region in the centre of the Fleurieu Peninsula - South Australia - South of Adelaide it is 12 min drive from McLaren Vale. Half way between Adelaide and Victor Harbor We make wine from our grapes taste and buy at the Cellar Door / Art Gallery Fri Sat Sun 11- 5 There are 7 different varietals to try and buy. Red wine and white wine. We grow Shiraz, Merlot, Pinot Noir, Riesling, Semillon, Chardonnay and Sauvignon blanc It is rustic and natural - an unusual place we are restoring it. It is a work in progress.
