Shadow Work
Shadow work involves getting in touch with the parts of yourself that you've repressed. This could be for a multitude of reasons, mine personally was survival from the age of 2. The word ‘shadow’ refers to hidden parts of our being. We can start to work with the shadow side of ourselves to create positive change in our lives. It is a form of self-examination.I myself repressed many parts of myself due to childhood, relationships through out my life and the lack of self love for all parts of myself. We are constantly growing and healing and becoming the best version of ourselves.
