Fill The Frame

This challenge closed about 9 years ago.

The Challenge

Enter your best photo that fits the theme – Fill the Frame. The idea is that the subject should fill the whole frame and there should not be anything other than the subject filling the frame.

Remember that at this stage we only want photographs.

Entries that clearly do not meet the group’s or the challenge’s criteria will be removed from the challenge.

Note. Your image does NOT have to be in the group to enter the challenge, in fact you will not be able to have your images accepted into the group unless it is a winning image in one of our challenges

Judging / Voting Criteria

Vote for the image that you believe to be the best photo that illustrates the concept – with age comes wisdom. You can vote for as many images as you like – the theory is that by doing this the most popular will filter to the top.

Rewards & Prizes

The top five placegetters will be invited to display their images in the group. These images will also be showcased under the topic – “The Best – With age comes wisdom” in the group forums.

The Winning image will be featured and the owner will be invited to chose the topic for the next challenge.

Additional Information

Entrants should be aware of the following…
The Simply the Best group is totally dependent on the integrity of the challenges. We do not believe that soliciting for votes is congruent with the intent of this group. Therefore any entrant found to be soliciting votes or in any other way dishonestly influencing the outcome of challenges will be immediately disqualified from the challenge.

As this group is meant to showcase “The Best” images, a certain quality is expected. I therefore reserve the right to reject images that I consider to be of poor technical quality.

I will be culling entries that in my opinion clearly do not meet the challenge criteria. I reserve the right to cull images even after voting has commenced.
