Eihwaz Rune

Norse mythology contends that the runic alphabet is of divine origin. Eihwaz is symbolic of the Yew tree for mystery, magic and transformation with this dense wood being historically used to make talismans, bows, arrows, spears and other weapons, some tipped with poison from the yew causing it to be called the Death Tree.
