About This Group
For those of you that like to make a certain part of a photo completely stand out using color. Selective Color is a post processing technique where most of a photo is converted to black and white, but some parts are left in color.
It would also wonderful if members would discuss their inspirations and techniques as there are many ways to achieve this effect. Please post your best and most artistic images. I look forward to seeing you here.
Go Here for the rules of the group.
Also, see: www.selectivecolors.com. This is an interactive and resource site inspried by this group, concentrating on selective color photography. You will find tutorials, contest announcements, useful resources, inspirational videos, articles and much more here. You can also have live chats with your friends from red bubble or anybody else here. So if you want to discuss a photo piece you are workingf on, a website, your selective color techniques, you can do all this here. I hope to see you all here.
