This calendar shows the 12 signs of the zodiac. / Drawing or painting those 12 star signs was my absolutely HIT and a great CHALLENGE for myself in order to be creative and also to create a calendar with this amazing theme for 2010! The works range from original watercolour pencil drawings to original acrylic/gouache paintings on paper. This is the complete Zodiac series. Especially created for and commissioned by artists from the RedBubble community. Each astrological star sign represents an individual RedBubble artist. A big thank you to all those artists who commissioned me and took part in this unique project Here is a little tip for you. Purchase an A3 calendar use it for the year. When its done, chop out the images and remount them. Then you have 12 large prints for the price of just 1 calendar. So you could give them away as gifts or redisplay them as you fancy.

This Calender was created with images that represents my understanding of each astrological sign. / First, I search for a “light” source and a texture for each sign. Then I combined it with “moons” and layers of their symbol to find an image that would represente the multi layered depth of each sign. / Also I have included the hebrew letters and names that represents each month or lunar cycle. / Enjoy it… is made with 100% Love !!!
