    I was walking home from my meditation class this evening, it was freezing cold and my feet were sore and my mind started once again to fill with too many thoughts. I stopped myself and composed this mantra which i silently repeated all the way home. The 40 minute walk felt like 5 minutes and i noticed buildings and plants i hadnt really looked at before and i forgot all about the cold. This stuff really works! / Yes the pesky thoughts kept trying to break through but this time they had some competition.
