I was sitting at my art table, diligently concentrating on a new scrap drawing, done on scrap matboard. As I was using a technical pen I was bent down over my drawing staring closely at the tree branches. I felt a tickle on my leg. I looked down… YIKES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A HUGE, dark brownish wolf spider was crawling up my leg:(((((((((((((( YUK!!!!! I HATE spiders. I HATE THEM!!!! I would rather have a poisonous snake crawling under my art table than that gross, fat, yucky spider. Needless to say, I jumped up and slung my technical pen in the air, while almost falling on my dear Sammy dog. Totally freaked out by then, I stomped and started ripping off my jammies, only to see the mushy, yucky culprit under my art table. Sam never moved. He just stayed in the same position, wondering what in the world was wrong with me. I swear, he rolled his eyes at me. The scary thing is that the spider crawled away somewhere. I went to get the broom and it is GONE:((( I am tentatively returning to my art table. Think of me, please?
