two in one, a unity of opposites, / in cold and red, balanced composites, / the cobalt in icy wet charisma, / the red feeding on his miasma… / white with blue or azure, calm and spiritual, / black and red in a greenish trance, too daedal, / of praises to utter in a bluish smoke / and golden halos and horns to choke… / he to freeze and maybe glorify, / the other, a thirst for attention and rectify / a harmonious co-existence, / of angels and demons, in rhythmic cadence / as one verges to erupt in ire, / the other, waits, listens then corrects the dire!! / black and white, / dark claret or turquoise light, / whatever you may call ‘em, / they, are me, my self, my emblem… / my Mr. Ying in red and black / and Mr. Yang in blue with no white to lack…

The Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington, D.C., also known as The Memorial Wall, was designed by Maya Ying Lin, a Yale undergraduate who at age 21 won a public design competition for the memorial. Built in 1982, the memorial is made up of two black granite walls 246 feet 9 inches long. The walls are sunk into the ground with the earth behind them. At the highest tip (the apex where they meet), they are 10.1 feet high, and they taper to a height of eight inches at their extremities. Inscribed on the walls are the names of over 58,000 servicemen and women who were either killed in action or are classified as missing in action. The original acrylic painting is 30”x24”, stretched on a 1 1/2” stretcher frame, so the painting wraps back on the edges. The theme is the notion of the often frenetic energy, vibration of Ying and Yang influences seeking the ‘other’... seeking balance. So much seeking, rushing into the void, and the conception of balance seems few and random. Of course it isn’t… impossible! To prepare this image for a RB card was a straight forward Photo-shop act of confirming it was proper size. Losing some of the edge isn’t relevant in the goal of this painting. The original painting hangs in the artist’s home. When I painted it I was experimenting with creating depth perception.

This is the sign I made when I was 14 yrs old.Then I converted it and gave the today’s shape. I have the pendant ( self made ) and today my heart feels a bit different.. / To me, they stayed as a sign maybe, nothing maybe more than this.. I believe them all and full respect..I think this pendant taught me tolerance, awareness and compassion.. I love sharing different philosophies and I am happy to listen and think about it.. Today, / I found my answer about it.. / -being a good person. Thats it ! I wish you love light and knowledge.. stay as a child before it all unravels this is from my ying yang , that I made from a fractal that I duplicated to make the circle.. then I added a texture of an old letter written by hand.. then I added clip art.. there it is in the form of the child Featured in / Art in Math on December 03,2009 ..
