This is about half an hour’s drive from my house. Its a big old estate and nature reserve that’s still maintained and on a hot day people and wildlife come out in roughly equal proportion. / WB Yeats and Aleister Crowley used to stay there around the turn of the century when it was privately owned and they were probably up to no good. The Lissadell Estate is now the family home of an Irish couple and their seven young children. The house is open to the public and guided tours are given
