The London Eye is an extraordinary piece of work. It is basically a huge ferris wheel overlooking the city of London. Each pod on the “Eye” can hold up to 15 people, comfortably, and the entire ride takes a full 30 minutes to complete. The design is closer related to that of a bicycle wheel than a conventional ferris wheel we see at carnivals.
