  • How Far Can A Hug Travel
    by Wendy Slee

How far can a hug travel? / Can its strength endure the miles? / At the speed of light over five thousand k’s / Can you feel my smiles…

this is a little poem I wrote in my much younger days….. but I was inspired by a wonderful act of kindness here on rb recently, it reminded me of these words, and it made me think that while we can send the word “hug” back and forth across the waves to the people we care about, I honestly believe we can send the energy with it! AND more importantly, the person receiving it can actually feel it! / I am one who works with energy and knows just what power it holds…...So when you type those little thoughts and good wishes, MEAN them! And the vibes will travel and will endure…. THANK YOU Sophie – You are an Inspiration and a Friend.

  • We Want To Be Free
    by Erika .

other children live out there beyond the stars we see at night, beyond the planets we’ve named and comets that form our galaxy

He who can no longer pause to wonder and stand rapt in awe, is as good as dead; his eyes are closed. ~ Einstein Do you know on every planet there are children too? I can’t speak to them but I know they exist ~ Lisa Humans are naturally curious. I have faith that one day we will meet these other children with eyes wide open…for we are still curious.
