  • over the last couple of days I’ve been off doing a little road trip through the central part of New South Wales… starting on the South Coast where I live and then into Sydney to pick up a friend then over the Blue Mountains and out past Lithgow then around the Mudgee area and back through the gorgeous Goulburn River National Park along the newly sealed Bylong road down to Wollembi and then a meander through the Hawksbury back to Sydney… god it’s good to go for a good long drive and remember how utterly beautiful the country is along the eastern seaboard of Australia…. anyway while I was out and about I saw some beautiful country but I also saw a lot of just ordinary people just doing there ordinary thing… and I like that as well… at one pit stop of coffee and petrol I walked back to the car and just couldn’t help taking a quick snap of these two guys taking a break …. they were doing some sort of road work nearby and had stopped for smoko in the cool early morning….. and I just could not resist the urge to go snap gotcha… not that they knew….. so enjoy these two anonymous rural road workers on a break… this is the sort of dedication and spirit that has made our country truly great…...:)
